Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We do offer FREE returns within 30 Days from the date of arrival. If your parcel, damaged/missing/not advertised. You can submit your return request by reaching us through contact us page. Please include your order number or postal code in your e-mail. Once your return approved, we’ll provide you the return QR code or Label so you can download it and show nearest post office. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or slighty used, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
- Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at contact us page to initiate the return, exchange or cancellation process.
- Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories.
- Show provided free return QR code to nearest post office.
- Ship the item back to us and keep the receipt taken from post office as a proof of return.
- For customer who changed their mind or customers who don’t need the item anymore;
1.) Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and returned parcel.
2.) If international shipment is required for return, buyer should arrange prepaid customs and taxation service. Bathlova will not be responsible for terminated package in customs.
3.) Buyers return should be tracked online & you should keep the receipt as a proof of return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive your returned package, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account balance.
Important notice: We’re, is experienced about fraud payments and fraud buyers. We can not guarantee %100 money back for their purchases. Also they won’t be eligible send the item back for free. It will be at their cost.
We will be able to easily detect those who intend to abuse the goodwill in our policies.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact us page. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to same address as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund.
4. Return Shipping
We do provide return shipping QR code or label.. If is problem on our side, We’re using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package to ensure it reaches us safely. Also please keep the receipt taken from post office as a proof of return.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us at contact us page and we will assist you in canceling the order and issuing a refund. We’re booking flights for international shipments. Bathlova can not guarantee cancellation of your order after 12 hours from the date of order.
