1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 Days from the date of arrival. You can submit your return request by reaching us through contact us page. Please include your order number or postal code in your e-mail. Once your return approved, we’ll provide you the return QR code or Label so you can download it and show nearest post office. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original conditionunused or slighty used, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
  • Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return. Return Process

    2. Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories.
    3. Show provided free return QR code to nearest post office.
    4. Ship the item back to us and keep the receipt taken from post office as a proof of return.
  • Important notice: Shipping cost will be at buyers cost if return reason is not caused by us.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive your returned package, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account balance.

3. Exchanges

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us at contact us page and we will assist you in canceling the order and issuing a refund. We’re booking flights for international shipments. Bathlova can not guarantee cancellation of your order after 12 hours from the date of order.
