My name is Mehmet Istanbullu, I am 25 years old. I am the founder and owner of Istanbullu LTD and Bathlova. I have been trading in the UK market through marketplaces since 2021.

We know that bathroom products are popular in the UK market, which we are closely involved in. We discovered that in this market the prices are very expensive and there is not much competition in the market. Our aim is to become one of the most respected and well-known retailer in the UK with our quality and competitive bathroom products

We deliver our unique and chic design bathroom products, which are not available in the UK, to our end customers in the UK through our intermediate warehouses in Turkey, China and Germany. We have many contacts and supplier networks in these countries. Among these suppliers, we have locally well-known brands and manufacturers. The biggest advantage of importing products from these countries is that we can offer our customers competitive prices without compromising on quality.
How we work:
The products you purchase go through a 3-stage quality control phase, the supplier of the product you have ordered in the country of production offers us a quality guarantee, then our colleagues in the intermediate warehouse in that country carry out the quality control and send us the photos and videos of the product. At the final stage, Then I personally check the quality of the product in our local UK warehouse. We stand behind our products, and we offer this to our customers with a 1-year warranty. The shipping company we work with handles the sensitive transportation process of your order.
