1. Returns

We accept FREE returns within 30 Days from the date of arrival. You can submit your return request by sending an e-mail to us at contact@bathlova.co.uk. Please include your order number or postal code in your e-mail. Once your return approved, we’ll provide you the return QR code or Label so you can download it and show nearest post office. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original conditionunused or slighty used, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
    1. Contact our customer support team at contact@bathlova.co.uk to initiate the return, exchange or cancellation process.
    2. Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories.
    3. Show provided free return QR code to nearest post office.
    4. Ship the item back to us and keep the receipt taken from post office as a proof of return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive your returned package, please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account balance.

Important notice: We’re, is experienced about fraud payments and fraud buyers. We can not guarantee %100 money back for their purchases. Also they won’t be eligible send the item back for free. It will be at their cost.

We will be able to easily detect those who intend to abuse the goodwill in our policies.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@bathlova.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to same address as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund.

4. Return Shipping

We do provide FREE return shipping QR code or label. We’re using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package to ensure it reaches us safely. Also please keep the receipt taken from post office as a proof of return.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us at contact@bathlova.co.uk and we will assist you in canceling the order and issuing a refund.

6. Restocking fee

We don’t impose any restocking fees on returned products. Your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return proccess as straightforward as possible for you.

7.) Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refund for customers who don’t want to deal with return proccess.
Also we do offer %40 partial refund for customers who does not want to deal with return proccess and willing to donate the item to charity (We’ll be arranging the shipping label to one of charity shops near you. It will be tracked online).
